Our facility houses 35 injection presses, ranging from a 22-tonne clamping force for micro-precision components up to a 450-tonne capacity for substantial structural parts. This extensive machinery is backed by an advanced, fully equipped QA department incorporating non-contact Smartscope measuring systems and Faro Gauge arms, allowing us to verify complex physical geometries directly against your original 3D CAD models for absolute accuracy.
